Manuel Moreno Jr – Owner/President
Mr. Manuel Moreno is the founder of Moreno Construction Company. He created the company back in 1968. He was born in Yorktown, Texas. While he was working here in Seguin he met the future Mrs. Moreno. Mr. Moreno’s responsibilities include meeting with clients, monitoring all jobs, and supervising all aspects of the construction process.
Mary Moreno – Co-Owner/Interior Designer/Semi-Retired
Mrs. Mary Moreno is the wife of Manuel Moreno. They both support and created Moreno Construction Company from scratch. Mary originally organized all of the office business but now is responsible for helping make selections with clients. Her primary responsibility is taking care of grand babies and great grand babies.
Irene Moreno-Ybarra – Office Manager/Designer
Irene Moreno-Ybarra is Manuel and Mary’s second oldest child. She joined Moreno Construction Company in 1993. She has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Texas State and a Masters degree in Accounting from Texas Lutheran University. Irene’s Responsibilities include ordering materials, accounts payables/receivables, payroll, drawing floorplans, and interior design.
Manuel Moreno III – Estimator
Manuel Moreno III is Manuel and Mary’s third child and only son. He worked with Zachry Construction in San Antonio before joining Moreno Construction Company in 2005. He has a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. He is primarily responsible for attaining prices of materials. He also evaluates all designs to give clients estimates on their potential homes.
Anisa Mari Lawson – Administrative Assistant
Anisa is Manuel and Mary’s first born grandchild and Irene’s daughter. She joined the company in 2016 after graduating from Texas A&M University with an Animal Science degree. She is responsible for first contact with clients, setting up appointments, and managing office materials. She also assists Irene in the interior design process and Mr. Manuel Moreno in ordering materials.
Tammy Carter – Administrative Assistant
Tammy is a long time family friend to the Moreno Family. She has worked for Moreno Construction Company on and off since 1985. She is responsible for answering phones, leaving messages and assisting everyone in the office. Tammy has the most important task to assure office personnel and clients can attain an easy flow when building each home.
