Our experience sets us apart from other builders in central Texas. From the day Prestigious Homes was founded it has been family owned and operated which stands true even today. Our extensive experience affords you a one-of-a-kind, highly professional custom home building experience.

Prestigious Homes by Moreno Construction has been in business since 1968 giving us over 50 years of experience! We have built homes in almost every subdivision in Seguin and a few of them are our very own developments. We developed Loma Verde in New Braunfels, and Parkridge and Windbrook custom home subdivisions in Seguin. We have built homes in Las Brisas, Oak Run, Willow Creek, East Hills, Hunters Creek, Havenwood  and countless others.

Our original foreman is still with us and brings with him over 50 years of experience with our company.

100% Custom

Prestigious Homes is unique as we are a 100% custom home builder. We do not start you with a spec or model or do changes based on  “upgrades”. When you come in we discuss the house YOU want, and how you want it. Houses ranging from 1800 sq. ft. to 5000 sq. ft.. We also do not limit you on where you want to obtain your selections. You are free to explore the internet or utilize the selections we have here in our showroom. You can also use your own subcontractors if you have those kinds of connections  with your own line of networks.
